Madd Science Print Lab was established in 2012 with the mission of creating cutting edge custom clothing. The partners in Madd Science Print Lab have over 15 years combined experience in the Screen Print and Embroidery industry and can help make your clothing vision become reality.

Our Services

Below is a small sample of the services and products we offer.

Discharge Printing is a unique process where we are able to print your designs on apparel with inks that bleach out the existing dye and replace it with your chosen colors. Using this process the print actually becomes part of the shirt. Discharge prints wear well over time and are extremely durable.

Water Based Inks

 Water Based Ink is desirable when you want your print to have a soft feel. This process is commonly used for higher end, fashion forward prints.

Plastisol Printing

 Screen Print Cut and Sew Patches

Screen Print Cut and Sew Patches are a specialty of ours. Screen printing a patch instead of embroidering it allows us to add more detail. We then use a puff process that allows us to add texture to the design to create a unique, highly detailed product.

Foil Printing

Foil Printing is a unique process that allows us to apply any color foil directly to the shirt of your choice. This is a popular option when you want your design to stand out.

Simulated Process

 Simulated process is a technique that allows us to create life like images using between 5 and 8 colors. This process is very popular with our customers looking to recreate a realistic image on a budget.
